As you know, an investment in a home is on of the largest single... investments that any family can make and, therefore, it is an arena of the greatest hopes and fears. We want to make it abundantly clear that through the entire process, your management and all its subcontractors treated us with the utmost respect and preformed with the highest degree of professionalism. We have seldom dealt with a corporation that was as responsive and sensitive to consumer concerns as was characteristic of our treatment.

One thing, among many, that impressed us was your willingness to listen to our needs and concerns. We felt as though we were an active partner in both the design and construction process. Each of you were eager “to go the extra mile’ for us, which made us extremely confident regarding the quality of workmanship that is characteristic of James Edwards homes. A most special thanks is due for the coordination that was necessary to prepare the home according to our rather pressing timetable. It was a true wonder to see everyone so involved and committed to what, was, for us, a critical situation.

There are many special memories we have that to detail them all would take volumes. Perhaps the most impressive memory that we have was the manner in which issues and concerns were addressed. Every time we raised a question, your responses were full of increased understanding and competence in the situation. The speed at which these issues were addressed were nothing short of remarkable.”
